Bridal accessory jewelry and veils work a little differently than other items that you may order from the internet. Most distinguished bridal accessory designers pride themselves on creating a quality product, and we are no exception. Our designs are not mass produced overseas, but are lovingly created by our team of artisans, individually and by hand. All of our products are made "to order," which means that we are creating your order specifically for you. Because of this process we are unable to accept returns for orders placed.

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy in place from the date of receiving your payment. After the 24-hour period, cancellations are not permitted and your payment cannot be refunded. There is no 24-hour cancellation period for orders that require shipping the same day. For all other items, production commences within one day of receipt of payment.
